Get Me to the Airport on Time

I was headed toward the air terminal on another outing. I began early, landed at the air terminal on time, yet when I arrived the plane had drop and I needed to apply for another plane. The following plane set out toward my goal was around two hours away. This would, truth be told, influence me to miss my corresponding flight

I assume I should be thankful that I could look an up some other time flight. It gave me some an opportunity to sit in the airplane terminal with nothing to do except for think. Discuss an exhausting evening!

Something I pondered was never flying again. Yet, need is the mother of burden, or something to that effect.

While I was thinking in the airplane terminal, I thought of an astute old man who, waxing philosophical, once stated, "Time sits tight for no man." I know he was insightful on the grounds that he did exclude ladies as he would see it. Despite the fact that time will sit tight for no man, it has an alternate way to deal with ladies.

Generally, a man respects the progression of time. Gladly he shows those wrinkles and calluses as signs of masculinity. As of not long ago, silver hair was a crown of expert. Indeed, even Solomon, the smartest man stated, "The aged [gray] head is a crown of grandness, on the off chance that it be found in the method for exemplary nature" (Proverbs 16:31 KJV).

The grayer the head, the smarter the man. In spite of the fact that, I should admit I have seen my offer of knowledge tested dim headed men.

A lady, in any case, has a by and large unique logic with regards to time. As a man with silver hair, I don't completely comprehend their rationality.

I assume there are a few men who might want to be 25 once more. Most men, be that as it may, are upbeat to be as old as they may be. Ladies are extraordinary. They live upon the idea of ever-enduring excellence. Who am I, as a man, to counter that reasoning?

I found this numerous years prior. A lady coolly asked me how old I thought she was. I have since a long time ago found this is no easygoing inquiry and she isn't searching for correct data. I, at the time, took it as a test and endeavored to figure her age.

Off-base!

I have since discovered that the right reaction to this inquiry is, "The reason, you don't look a day more than 25." I don't know precisely what that implies, however I have frequently gotten grins from this reaction. Regardless of how old the lady is, in her mind she is still 25.

The man has an alternate thought.

"I'm 60," he will brag to whoever will tune in, "and I can in any case complete an entire day's worth of effort." Then he will go out and toss his retreat just to demonstrate it.

Time has an alternate impact upon a man as it does upon a lady.

There is nothing amiss with attempting to look more youthful. I assume it is a less demanding assignment to do on the off chance that you are a lady than if you are a man.

Each morning before I go out I attempt to make myself as non-unnerving to general society as I can. I will rub my face, search my hair, and drench myself with facial cleanser and in 10 minutes, I am done and prepared for the world.

I have seen that the Gracious Mistress of the Parsonage takes a ton longer than 10 minutes to prepare to confront the world. I should concede she completes a great job of it, yet I likewise should let it be known requires a long investment and it appears to be every year it gets longer.

I would prefer not to point out myself. I simply need to traverse the day and back home once more. I know I am not as youthful as I used to be but rather I take reassurance in the way that I am more established than I used to be. Also, as one with great old Father Time, I have strolled down the superb course of events.

For me by and by, I get a kick out of the chance to commend every birthday as an ideal festival. My objective in life is to get as old as I can and with the great help of Father Time, I am well on my way. Time has not stopped for me, for which I am generally appreciative.

Much the same as getting to the air terminal on schedule for my flight, I need to be on schedule for everything occurring in my life. I would prefer not to miss a thing. Time and again individuals look in reverse, bumble over today, end up in tomorrow and don't know how they arrived. I need to appreciate the time I have progressively.

There is no time like the present to appreciate. Recollections are great. Goals are awesome. However, nothing can replace at the present time.

The Bible has a considerable measure to say in regards to time. We are in a course of events set up by God and it won't back off until the point when we reach the end. The messenger Paul comprehended this when he stated, "And that, knowing the time, that now the opportunity has already come and gone to alert out of rest: for the present is our salvation closer than when we trusted" (Romans 13:11 KJV).

There is no time like the present and as somebody stated, "This is the principal day of whatever is left of my life." I am will praise my "Now" with all the vitality I have.
